What’s the difference between excited and exciting? Interested and interesting?
In English, adjectives with -ed describe your feelings and adjectives with -ing describe the thing that causes your feeling.
I was so excited when I was watching the movie! – Use “excited” because it is your feeling.
The movie was so exciting! – Use “exciting” because the movie causes your feeling.
